A good read from a friend of mine
It is no secret that the world we live today is powered by money. Every aspect of success is measured by the brand of clothes we wear, or the kind of car we drive or the size of the house we live in. It is probably the only common factor all around the world, the aim to make money.
The word “freedom” is thrown around more often than not these days, but I believe the real meaning of the word has been buried by a pile of green paper. Let us just step back for a second and understand and/remind ourselves what the meaning of the word “freedom” really is.
According to most dictionaries the word freedom has two parallel meanings:-
- The power or right to act, speak or think as one wants.
- The state of not being imprisoned or enslaved.
